Installed this unit myself July 2017 was not difficult for me being an electrician. I did hire the vacuum and leak testing but ran and connected the refrigerant lines myself. I didn't have that much experience with mini splits but after going through an Ohio summer and winter I could not be more happy with the results in both comfort and costs. I am saving about 400 kwh each month and the house was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Worked out great for me in my home I don't have ductwork and was paying a mint for electric baseboard heat. I was cooling with a window baseboard a/c installed in the wall and can't believe how much more quiet the mini split is. Highly recommend these units. Have not had one problem the vfd on the outside fan works great is saving money. Randy on Sep 20th 2018
I purchased and installed this unit last year at this time. Sogoodtobuy shipped it on a skid quick and undamaged to my home. I hold a universal certification and have worked with refrigeration most of my working career. The quality of this product is about as good as it gets. The installation went smooth. Startup was flawless. The unit has been flawless for a year straight. I live in New Jersey and my home is around 1,000 square feet. This unit has been the only source of heating and cooling since installation. I am more than happy! I have saved on initial cost, not to mention the savings in my electric bill. Anyone with reasonable mechanical skills should be able to complete an install of this unit. Bill on Sep 5th 2017
Easy to install. Works very well on heat and air cond. Inexpensive to operate compared to regular heat pump or oil heat. Erie tetone on May 16th 2017
